Scoring & Timing

• Umpires will be allocated by the club for all matches.

• Each team will have a parent roster to cover scoring and timing duties.

Scoring

• Scorecards can be collected before the game outside the FNA office.

• After the game, cards must be returned promptly with all signatures completed.

Timing

• A game timer will be provided in the team’s equipment bag.

• The timer should notify the umpire when 30 seconds remain in a quarter, then walk with the umpire along the court so the signal is clear when time is up.

Scorer and Timer Positions

• The scorer and timer should stand together at the centre of the court.

• Umpires should be made aware of who is performing these roles before the game begins.
