Join the BNC Committee

Bicton Netball Club is a community-driven club, run entirely by volunteers who give their time and energy to help our players, families and members enjoy netball. Our committee is at the heart of everything we do – from organising teams and coaches, to running events, managing uniforms, and ensuring our club continues to grow and thrive.

Why join the committee?

Being part of the BNC committee is a great way to:

  • Meet other families and make lasting friendships.

What’s involved?

The committee meets a couple of times during pre-season and in season to discuss club matters, plan activities, and make decisions. Roles vary in responsibility and time commitment, and there’s something to suit everyone’s availability and skill set.

Committee roles include:

  • President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer – core leadership team.

  • Registrar – managing registrations and player information.

  • Coaching & Umpiring Coordinators – supporting development and rostering.

  • Player Development Coordinators – focusing on pathways and growth for our players.

  • Events, Fundraising & Sponsorships – helping with social events, club fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.

  • Social Media Coordinators – sharing news, photos and updates with our community.

  • General Committee Members – lending a hand where needed.

You don’t need to have prior experience – just a willingness to get involved!
